This mini review aims to provide an overview of the uvula and palatine tonsils, including their anatomy, function, and associated clinical conditions. The uvula is a fleshy projection at the posterior end of the soft palate, while the palatine tonsils are located bilaterally at the lateral walls of the oropharynx.
