The most expensive part of metal recycling is the sorting process. Because, modern material technology, specially the most deriving process of metal alloy are done in level of element. According to the development of recycling technology there are needs for study and comparing matrices relation of alloys and their mechanical properties with obsolete parts. Thus, through this research an alloy fabricating experiment was executed using aluminum can waste as a base and glass waste as a filler with SPS (spark plasma sintering) technology. In order to do the experiment, there were demands to determine granular size which can satisfy uniform distribution of aluminum waste and glass waste and to optimize the proportion of can waste and waste glass powder with the determined granule size. In this research, it shows smoothest uniform distribution while can waste and waste glass powder are 106 mesh but it creates mixtures with low density. Based on the granule size with uniform distribution a proposal was set to define the proportion of can waste and waste glass with results of SPS technology. Compared to the results of previous studies, an experiment was done to prepare a mixture with concentrations of 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. Through this research, the experiment procedure consists of that aluminum can waste was being ground 10 times in spherical mill with vertical drum with speed of 200 rpm for 15 minutes with pausing time of 1 minute and in SPS machine under pressure of 30 MPa with acceleration of 50С/min it was heated up to 5000С and then held for 15 minutes. The result was obtained by determining the distribution and saturation of can waste and waste glass powder using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and determining the hardness using Vickers Hardness Measuring tool respectively. According to the result, the alloy fabricated with the can waste and waste glass powder which has mixture ratio of 85/15 was regarded as with high mechanical properties.
