Mentawai Islands Regency is part of the province of West Sumatra surrounded by the Indian Ocean. Although this area has great potential in the fields of plantations, agriculture and fisheries, most of the Mentawai community's needs are still supplied from other surrounding areas including milk needs. Sido Makmur Village as a Pilot Village is one of the government programs in developing rural areas which will be integrated with programs from eight Ministries. This comprehensive research is directed to develop the potential of dairy farming in a sustainable integrated organic farming system (sustainability of integrated organic farming system). The application of technology "Bisozyme" is a biotech product from yeast that plays an important role in stimulating growth, productivity and accelerating the crop harvest period and the growth and productivity of elephant grass. The ultimate goal is to improve the food security of the Sido Makmur Village community so as to reduce dependency from outside and become an independent village and sustainable dairy farming business area and improve the technology of dairy milk processing produced and formulate a policy direction for developing a sustainable dairy farming system.
